Returns & Exchanges
Each Studio Akis piece is carefully handmade in the Netherlands. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and securely packed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.
